I do not totally agree with the sentence

This is not that easy, specially in countries where the unemployment rate is extremely high.

Of course you can quit...
But...
How will you live ?

How can you be sure to find another job soon ?

Instead I would have written :

"If you don't like your job, send THOUSANDS of CVs to change." 

This the only way to find another one within the near future.

Here, the message is :

Act so that the wheel can turn the right way soon.
